: 1/4 cup (chopped)
: 1 cup (cubed)

Preparation
  • Mix the ingredients with the dressing.

  • Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with red radish/egg slices.

Variation

  • Add walnuts/celery to make a Waldorf salad.

  • Add unpeeled apple cubes.

Hints : For low calorie salad use mayonnaise (without egg)
